K, yay, somewhat short, but I think it gets the point across... I also posted this in my joining thread.

Personality:[/u] Sweet and caring toward others; she always tries to do what is best, and keep moods light in tough situations. She gets emotional easily, but tries not to show when she's upset for the sake of others. She can't stand seeing any creature in pain, and does not feel that any sort of violence(physical or verbal) is justified. Truffle tries never to raise her voice.
She doesn't know how to defend herself well, but has always had complete faith in her friends and family to do so for her. She has strong opinions when it comes to the well-being of others, and voices them when she feels it is necessary, but in conflict she will more often than not try to drop a subject to try to satisfy the other pony.

History:[/u] When Truffle was a small filly, she always welcomed all sorts of injured or hungry animals(or even, on occasion, insects) into her home. Her parents weren't thrilled when she did so, but hated to say no to her, and allowed it for the most part.
Although she was an only child, Truffle always looked after her friends, helping them out if they hurt themselves, or settling small conflicts.
She had always hoped to one day move out and get a job at the nursery, or some such place where she could help others on a daily basis. However, her mother's health was failing, and she couldn't bring herself to leave her parents after they had looked after her for so many years.
Her mother died several years ago, and Truffle still lives with her father, helping him with housework that used to be her mother's responsibility.
