Shady was walking towards the forest of Xanadia. She loved the forest, it was always so peaceful! She entered the beautiful forest, looking around her. There were a few butterflies above her. There were also many beautiful trees surrounding her. Whenever Shady felt scared, or sad, she would always come to the forest to make her feel better. But, she wasn't sad or scared, she just wanted to be in the forest, since she had nothing else better to do. She continued her journey in the forest, looking at every beautiful thing.
Shady blinked, seeing the hunger in Exodus's eyes. She gulped. "Uh...well....I was just coming into the forest because it's one of my favorite places in Xanadia. Wh....why are you here?" She said shakily. Ok, if this alicorn gets closer to you, run, Shady! She thought to herself.
Shady didn't know what to do. She sort of didn't trust this alicorn, because she didn't really know her, and she looked like she wanted to eat her. She was in a situation where she wasn't sure what would be the right thing to do. She just decided to talk to the alicorn and if the alicorn got closer to her, she'd run as fast as her hooves would take her. She tried to smile. "Um...that's nice." She said, forcing a little smile.
Shady bit her lower lip. She noticed the pony was thinking, but what about? Shady waited for the alicorn to speak again.
T"I'm just a little tired, thats all. I tend to get a bit cranky."
Shady nodded. "Oh, I...I see." She said. She still thought that Exodus was going to do something to her. Shady didn't want to mess with this alicorn. She wished she didn't meet the alicorn. She forced a smile. "Well, I have to go now." She said. She turned around and ran out of the forest and towards her home.
